About Us

Our Company

Immediation Ltd was set up to provide mediation and conflict management services for companies, organisations and individuals. We aim to give a fast response to requests to provide specialist mediators who have the skills to facilitate rapid resolution in a wide range of conflict situations.

We have mediators throughout the UK, so you can be assured that we can provide an expert mediator no matter where you are situated.

Immediation Ltd is accredited by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC)

Our Mediators

Our mediators are fully accredited and experienced. They come from a wide range of backgrounds, including the legal professions, business and commerce, accountancy, the health service, education and construction to name but a few.

Most are experts in their specific fields, which allows Immediation to provide highly effective and complementary mediators for every situation.

Our Trainers

Many of our mediators are also highly experienced trainers who will deliver customised programmes of training for all sizes of companies and organisations.

As a team, we are committed to providing a tailor-made service designed with the client in mind, rather than delivering a set format.

Anthony W.N. Bagshawe, BSc, MA, MAC, MABP, Accredited Mediator

Anthony is an accredited mediator, and over the years he has developed a distinctive approach that is particularly successful in resolving conflicts. With a Masters Degree in Psychology, he specialises in the underlying causes of conflicts and how they are resolved. He is also a Business Consultant and works with business owners in a wide variety of industries.

From a background that includes business, psychology and education, he resolves disputes in a number of fields such as Business and Commerce, Partnerships, Workplace conflicts and Education. He is also qualified in Stress Management and is a member of The Association of Business Psychologists and the Association for Coaching.

Alison K. Macdonald, MA, MBACP, Accredited Mediator

Alison is an Accredited Mediator, and she has held professional positions within the NHS, including Hospital departments and GP practices, and in private practice for fifteen years. She currently also works for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital Trust and for St. Bartholomew’s Trust.

She has worked on ethics committees and has been actively involved in the resolution of conflicts both within the NHS and between individuals for many years. She mediates in a wide variety of disputes including Professional Partnerships, Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Public Services, Workplace Conflict and Personal Relationships.

 We had tried mediation in the past but didn’t get a resolution. This time our experience was quite different as (he) saw beyond the legalities to the real issues that we have had. If he hadn’t I don’t think that we would have been able to sort this out and reach an agreement. Thank you.
